Can I buy past prints?
Some past prints may be available in limited quantities. Sign up for Hyeji Mail Club so you never miss a drop!
What’s the cutoff date to receive next month’s print?
The cutoff date is the 15th of each month. If you sign up on or after the 16th, your first print will arrive the following month’s shipment.
When am I billed?
You’re billed automatically on the same date each month, based on when you first subscribed.
Can I get a return or a refund?
Because Hyeji Mail Club is a made-to-order monthly subscription, all sales are final and we don’t offer refunds once a payment has been processed. If something arrives damaged or you didn’t receive your mail, please email hello@fifthgracestationery.com for assistance!
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes! You can cancel at any time through your account dashboard.
When do monthly mailings ship?
All subscription orders ship on the first business day of each month.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! International subscribers are welcome. Pricing for international shipping differs depending on your tier.
How long will shipping take?
U.S. orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days. International delivery varies by country but usually takes 2–4 weeks.
What if my package arrives bent or damaged?
Please reach out to hello@fifthgracestationery.com with a photo and we’ll do our best to fix it or send a replacement when possible!!
What if I didn’t receive my package?
If your Hyeji Mail hasn’t arrived within 3 weeks of the ship date for USA subscribers and within 6 weeks for international subscribers, please email hello@fifthgracestationery.com for a replacement! The most common issues are 1) incorrect/misspelled addresses and 2) mail that was marked “undeliverable” without notice.
